Vicarage Marquees is a family run, MUTA accredited Essex based business with a reputation for quality marquee structures. We are looking for key staff to help us take the company forward to the next level. We are a specialist in bespoke solutions for marquee hire in Essex, the home counties and event companies across the country.

 

The Role

To Drive a company vehicle to the highest standard reflecting a positive image of Vicarage Marquees to road users pedestrians. Ensure the safe delivery of marquee equipment to and from site. the efficient construction and dismantle of marquees, making sure contracts are delivered on time to client specifications and are on budget, Strict Health & Safety protocols must be adhered to at all times. The successful candidate must lead by example, be able to motivate and encourage a team. Assist in all aspects of client liaison whilst on site, ensuring that expectations are met, records are maintained, and the correct sign offs are undertaken.

To build & take down marquee structures

Assist in loading and unloading vehicles

Be available for team briefings before and after builds

Be self-motivated as hours can be long especially during the summer

Work to the highest standards to ensure that deadlines are met

To observe Health & Safety rules

To ensure that proper preparation has been carried out before a job commences

To ensure that the site is left tidy and clear and that all equipment is returned to base

To carry out other duties as required
