Our event management service takes care of this. Each wedding celebration is delegated a team, consisting of an overall manager, an administration person and a technically experienced site team. Using an extensive database of suppliers and caterers etc. everything the wedding needs to be a complete success is taken care of. The marquee is then erected three to four days prior to the event allowing the marquee to be decorated by the caterers and florists. At the completion of your celebrations everything is removed at the earliest opportunity convenient to you at no extra cost.
